CORPORATE BACKGROUND

Entropy Resources Ltd is a fledging joint Australian and Argentinean company whose strategy is to find, acquire, develop and operate gold-copper mines in Argentina.

The company is focussed on obtaining funds to explore the Amiches, San Francisco, Manantiales and Cerro Blanco prospects, representing epithermal Au-Ag and porphyry Cu-Mo-Au systems in the San Juan region of Argentina.

Entropy Resources Ltd through its 100% owned subsidiary Entropy Resources S.A. Argentina, currently holds an exploration portfolio in San Juan province that includes a number of mining projects, mines and mineral denounces over an area of 48,000 hectares, and is currently negotiating the incorporation of an additional 12,000 hectares, which it believes are highly prospective for epithermal and porphyry Cu-Au mineralisation, displaying the characteristic geological features and criteria for potentially hosting a number of new economic discoveries.

Both Entropy Resources in Australia and Argentina, have a dedicated and localised strategy for the identification and acquisition of new projects which has been implemented successfully up to now, and which it will continue to apply to generate new projects for the Company. The Company’s primary objective is to partner with established mining companies sharing the same goals and principles to rapidly enhance the value of its existing assets and build value through the discovery of new economic deposits.

The Company has a high quality management team with exceptional technical, managerial and operational skills, and experience in the acquisition and exploration of mineral deposits. Mr. Robert S. Stewart's appointment as Chairman of the Board brings a tremendous portfolio of experience in business management, investor relations and an extensive network of banking and financing resources that will become our target audience in the process of raising the necessary capital to develop our world class range of assets in Argentina. His incorporation to our team will ensure a worldwide coverage for Entropy, now with offices in Australia, Argentina and the USA/Canada.
