  • 25 April 2008 - the Board of Directors of Entropy has decided to terminate the binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 3 March 2008 by Mr. Mohamed Matongo on behalf of TransAfrican Minerals Limited (TransAfrican), in connection with 4 exploration projects (38 licenses) that make the portfolio of Entropy in the province of San Juan, Argentina. The reason of the termination is the fact that TransAfrican Minerals has failed to honor the financial and exploration commitments assumed with Entropy in that agreement in due time.

 

  • 3 March 2008 - Entropy Resources S.A.(Entropy) a private Argentinean mining company, with HQ in Perth, Western Australia, is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TransAfrican Minerals Limited (TransAfrican) in connection with 4 exploration projects (38 licenses) that make the portfolio of Entropy in the province of San Juan, Argentina, whereby TransAfrican has the right to acquire a 60% interest of the projects, with the option to earning a further 20% for a total 80% interest in the projects by completion of cash and work commitments.

 

  • 2-5 March 2008 - Entropy Resources has participated in the recent PDAC 2008 exhibition at the Toronto Convention Center, Canada, by presenting a booth at the Core Shack on Session B on 4 and 5 March. The feedback from the attendees was extremely positive, and several expressions of interest to visit San Juan and the projects of the portfolio were outlined for this year. Many company representatives visited our booth and made serious enquiries about the projects, gave a critical assessment and left constructive recommendations, for which we are very thankful.   • 6 November 2007 - Entropy Resources announces that it has reached a head of agreement with a private consortium of local owners, to earn an 75% interest in the Cerro Blanco project. The strategic reserve area of Leoncito-Despoblados-El Tigre, where Cerro Blanco is located, has been explored in the past for its potential to host massive porphyry copper style mineralisation, with significant anomalies detected for Cu-Mo-Pb-Zn. Entropy Resources has now increased its portfolio of properties to more than 33,000 has of highly prospective ground in the San Juan province, and its San Francisco project can yield yet another 12,000 additional has, at the completion of the due diligence process for the remaining leases of the project.

 

  • 8 May 2007 - Entropy Resources announces that following the termination of the Memorandum of Understanding between Entropy Resources and ATW for the Amiches project in San Juan, Argentina, Entropy Resources is now evaluating offers from local Australian and Asian companies, to negotiate this highly prospective project.

 

  • 1 May 2007 - Entropy Resources announces that ATW has decided to terminate the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) signed on 15 February 2007 between Entropy Resources and  ATW Venture Corp, a TSX listed Canadian company , to acquire a 75% interest in the Amiches project located in the San Juan province, Argentina. Entropy Resources has accepted the termination notice by ATW and the two companies have no longer any commercial relationship.

 

  • 15 February 2007 - Entropy Resources  is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) with ATW Venture Corp, a TSX listed Canadian company. The MOU provides that Entropy and ATW will negotiate a formal agreement (the “Formal Agreement”) whereby ATW would be granted the option to acquire up to a 75% interest in the Amiches Property .   • 8 December 2006 - Entropy Resources announce it has successfully signed an option rights agreement  to control 11 cateos and 11 mines in a highly prospective area denominated San Francisco. The total area of the exploration lease is in excess of 34,500 hectares or 345 square kilometres. Following this agreement, the total area of the Company's portfolio of exploration leases, has increased to 46,500 hectares. 

 

  • 6 December 2006 - Entropy Resources announce it has completed negotiations to incorporate all 13 exploration leases of the area denominated Amiches. With this landmark agreement, the Company has increased the initial area of its portfolio of properties from 2,000 to 12,000 hectares.

 

  • 15 September 2006 - Entropy Resources is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of MINA LITA and DON CARLOS. This milestone is in line with our strategy to add value to the portfolio of assets owned by the Company.
