ENTROPY RESOURCES

PROJECTS IN THE PROVINCE OF SAN JUAN

Epithermal Gold-Silver - Porphyry Cu-Au

Overview

AMICHES PROJECT

The Company wholly owns or has option rights to the following mining properties:  MINA ORO I, ORO III, ORO IV, LITA, AMARILLA, AMARILLA II, DON CARLOS, AMICHES II , AMICHES III, AMICHES XI, BOCHA I, AGUA BLANCA I, AGUA BLANCA II. All these epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold projects, are located within the Veladero-El Indio gold belt. A sample taken on the property returned a value of 427 grams per tonne gold from a non identified vein. This gold belt is host to a number of large precious metal deposits, including Barrick's Veladero and Pascua Lama deposits, which together comprise one of the world's largest gold resources.

Entropy's property contains 12,000 hectares or 120 square kilometres of intensely altered sedimentary, volcanic and intrusive rocks that represent the upper levels of a large hydrothermal system. The Company is currently in discussions with a number of prospective joint-venture partners regarding this projects.

SAN FRANCISCO PROJECT

The company currently controls a large exploration zone comprising 5 lease covering a surface in excess of 9,000, and is in the process of incorporating an additioanl 7 leases covering 13,100 has, for a grand total of 22,100 has or 221 square kilometres.

The San Francisco copper-gold and gold-silver exploration project is located within the Veladero - El Indio gold belt.  San Juan is a pro-mining province and the gold belt is host to a number of large precious metal deposits, including Barrick's Veladero and Pascua Llama deposits, which together comprise one of the world's largest gold resources.

Geology

The San Francisco Project is located on a main geological and physiographic complex.  This geological province is characterized by development of thick belts of late Palaeozoic marine beds (mainly carboniferous) that lie under a very thick volcanic sequence called “The Choyoi Group”.

The project is an early-stage exploration project that covers an area exceeding 375 square kilometres hosting intensely altered sedimentary, volcanic and intrusive rocks that represent the upper levels of a large porphyry-style hydrothermal system. Although highly prospective for gold, silver, copper and polymetallic deposits, this vast group of properties is virtually unexplored.

The five tenements, representing the core area and covering 9,000 ha are currently fully secured.  The remaining seven tenements, on the buffer zone around the core area and covering 13,100 ha are still under process.  It is believed that they will be secured soon and incorporated into the portfolio at no additional cost to the exploration package.

CERRO BLANCO PROJECT

Both to the north and to the south of the interprovincial limit that crosses the Cordillera del Tigre, and throughout the Eastern edge of Cordillera frontal are known wide zones of argillic alteration, of Miocene age. Part of them, include areas such as the Cerro Blanco, Los Gemelos and the former Fabricaciones Militares zone of Leoncito. These zones are associated to smaller manifestations of altered rhyolites like those of the gorge La Fortuna, Despoblados and El Tigre (Figure 3), that displayed geochemical anomalies of Cu, Zn, Pb and Mo.

It is noticeable the colors of oxidation of the zone of the Leoncito and the argillic alteration of the Cerro Blanco. The last one shows a fracture of northwest bearing (possibly of transtensional origin), that links this zone with the intrusive centre of the Gemelos. The continuation of this fracture or fracture zone leads to the zone of Yalguaraz, former area of Reserve 2 Nº "Yalguaraz" of Fabricaciones Militares. In this zone are intrusive of dacitic and andesitic composition, which were evaluated as copper porphyries.

Mineralización

"Although in the region of Leoncito slightly altered to fresh andesitic porphyries seem to superficially lack of disseminated mineralisation of sulfides, the presence in the strongly altered sectors, of a vast dissemination of limonite and sporadic manifestations of turquoise, malachite and in smaller degree azurite, determined the concentration of the greater efforts in investigating this area." The area covered by the tenements that Entropy resources has negotiated for the Cerro Blanco project, covers a surface of 12,000 has.
