Eduardo Videla

Position: President & Director Entropy Resources Pty Ltd (AUS)

Vice-president & Director Entropy Resources S.A. (ARG)

Mr. Videla is a Registered Geologist who has accumulated over 19 years of mining experience, of which the last ten, had been working for a world leading provider of mine production management solutions in Australia and Asia Pacific, as Senior Business Analyst. He is a Member of the AusIMM, and has significant experience in the mining industry, having worked as a geologic consultant since 1993. During his tenure Eduardo has assisted numerous companies during all phases of project development, including grass roots exploration, pre-feasibility and bankable feasibility studies, with emphasis in ore-body modelling and resource and reserves estimation. He is a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 and JORC.

Jorge Bastias

Position: President & Director Entropy Resources S.A. (ARG)

Mr. Bastías is a Registered Geologist who has accumulated over 9 years of academic and research experience at a renowned University in Argentina, and over 10 year of mining experience. As a Senior Consultant geologist, he held various managerial positions in the areas of mine title, exploration and logistics for foreign companies, including Argentina Gold, WMC Inc., Sonoma Resources, and Cyprus Metals among others. He has also assisted local companies like Manantiales S.A and Minera EMSA SRL. Some of the companies assisted by Jorge are currently advanced mining projects or mines with proved reserves like Veladero (Barrick), Amarillos (Marifil), Casposito (Marifil), Brecha de Vaca (Rio Tinto), Vicuña Cyprus. (Batidero Tenke), with a combined gold content in excess of 50 million oz of gold.

Robert S. Stewart

Position: Chairman of the Board, Entropy Resources (USA/Canada office)

Mr. Stewart is a mining and financial executive with more than 30 years of senior experience in Toronto, New York, London, Zurich, Buenos Aires and around the world. As the Chairman and CEO of Interop A.G. he initiated, financed and developed several major mining, natural gas and power projects around the world. In joining Entropy, he brings his unique skills to open up several new mining prospects in South America that deserve urgent development.
