OVERVIEW

Entropy Resources Pty Ltd (the "Company" or "Entropy") was established in 2006 with the goal of identifying and acquiring mineral exploration projects in Argentina, with an emphasis on Epithermal Gold and Porphyry Copper-Gold style deposits. The Company has identified the Pre-Cordillera and Frontal Cordillera de los Andes in the San Juan province, as being one of the most prospective locations in Argentina for the discovery of economic deposits with this style of mineralisation. The Company commenced its land acquisition strategy, on a zone of the Cordillera with numerous historic mines and denounces, in close proximity to recent significant discoveries and producing mines.

The Company has assembled a significant portfolio of exploration properties in the San Juan province, covering large areas of prospective ground. One of the key factors for the continued success in the acquisition strategy of Entropy Resources was the registration of a Branch office in San Juan city, the provincial capital of San Juan, managed locally by a team of mining professionals with a track record in the identification and acquisition of mineral exploration projects. The company is also developing strategies for exploration targeting by association with a team with significant experience of innovative exploration, discovery, commercial dealings and company building in Argentina.

Entropy Resources has a clear project-acquisition strategy which continues to generate new projects for the Company. The Company’s primary objective is to enhance the value of its existing assets through strategic partnerships with established mining companies eager to discover new economic mineral deposits, and to continually generate new commercial opportunities using the expertise, local and international industry knowledge and networks of its team.
